Femme Co cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in your country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with customs authorities.

Lost or Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us at support@shopfemme.co within 5 business days. Include photos if damaged. We'll fix it fast.

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, contact us immediately at support@shopfemme.co. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation since orders are processed quickly. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to initiate a return once you receive it.

How to Return Your Order

You have 30 days from your purchase date to try our products risk-free.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied:

  1. Contact us at support@shopfemme.co within 30 days of your purchase
  2. Ship back the unused portion of your product (you cover return shipping costs)
  3. Get your refund – we'll refund you 110% of your purchase price (minus original shipping costs)
